REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our products and to uphold proper sanitation regulations, Rave by Raquel will not accept any returns under any circumstances for products after they have been shipped.

 
By sending your payment to Rave by Raquel, you are acknowledging that Rave by Raquel is no longer responsible for any products once the shipping process has been initiated. You will be notified via the email provided at checkout when this process has begun. At this time we are no longer responsible for your products. Any issues that may occur after being notified of your product(s) shipping status should be addressed with the shipping carrier. Rave by Raquel is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items.
